Holiday Service

Vallejo Transit Runs a "Weekday Schedule" on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans' Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • New Years Eve

Vallejo Transit runs a "Holiday Schedule" on the following holidays:

  • Presidents' Day
Vallejo Transit does not operate on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Senior/Disabled Discount

Medicare cards with a photo ID and Bay Area Regional Transit Connection Discount Cards are accepted ID for discount senior/disabled fare. Bay Area Regional Transit Connection Discount Cards are also good on other transit systems and are available through the Vallejo Transit office, 1850 Broadway, with proper certification. Please call (707) 648-4666 for eligibility and processing requirements.

Making Transfers

Main transfer points are Solano Mall, York and Marin, Sereno Transit Center, and El Cerrito Del Norte BART. We charge just one for a trip, even if a change is required. Transfers issued only when fare is paid so please announce your destination if transferring. Transfers not valid after time shown.

Please call (707)648-4666 in Vallejo for transit information weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. For Bay Area transit information please call 511.

General Information

  • No Smoking
  • No eating/drinking + all fast foods (including drink) must be in a closed bag while on the bus.
  • No radios without headphones.
  • No pets (except Service Animals).
  • No compressed gases (except oxygen for medical reasons)
  • Driver does not make change
  • Driver does not sell tickets and passes.
  • Driver stops at designated stops only.
  • Bikes are allowed on local coaches exterior racks only. Bikes are also allowed on all highway coaches in the baggage compartment.
  • Intoxicated passengers who cause problems will be removed from the bus.
